What kind of curriculum do you follow?
“We don’t just ‘follow’ a curriculum, ma’am/sir… we help your child discover their own little universe.“
You see, at this age, a child’s brain is like a magical sponge — soaking in everything through wonder, touch, laughter, and play. That’s why our approach is simple yet deeply thoughtful:
We blend the best of play-way learning (because childhood should be joyful, not pressured), Montessori principles (where children learn independence and concentration at their own pace), and elements of Reggio Emilia (where we treat every child as a capable explorer, and the environment as their third teacher).
What is your teacher-child ratio?
“We believe every child deserves to feel seen and heard, not just managed. That’s why we maintain a warm ratio of 1:8 to 1:10 (one teacher + one caregiver for every 8–10 children), depending on the age group.
For our youngest ones in Playgroup, it’s even better — almost like having an extra pair of loving hands. This allows our teachers to truly observe each child’s interests, comfort them when they miss home, and gently guide their tiny discoveries.
We don’t believe in crowding the classroom. A smaller group means more smiles, more individual attention, and fewer tears on the first few days.”
How do you ensure the safety and security of children?
“Your child’s safety is not just a policy for us — it is our first promise.
We have 24×7 CCTV surveillance with live viewing access for parents (on request), biometric or password-protected entry, and a single secure gate with a dedicated security person. Every staff member undergoes police verification and regular child protection training.
We follow strict pick-up and drop-off protocols — only authorised people (with ID and OTP) can pick up your child. Our classrooms are fully child-proofed — no sharp edges, covered sockets, and soft flooring.
Most importantly, we create an emotionally safe space where children feel confident to express themselves without fear. Because real safety is when a child feels both physically protected and emotionally loved.”
What happens if my child gets sick or hurt?
We do strive to ensure the safety and well being of your loved ones. Our infrastructure is well established to rate us high as a child friendly organization. Our teachers are sensitized and made aware about the safety standards for the kids.
However as the saying goes – we need to be prepared for unfortunate times. We, here at Junior 30 do have the first aid ready always.
Being run and moderated by the new generation doctors, we have on board a couple of doctors to attend such situations on the fly.
Parents are kept informed of every minute details and are requested to be available in case need be.
Trust us, safety of your kid tops our list of priorities, hands down.
What are your afternoon pick up procedures?
Kids are handed over to only parents. In case you aren’t around during the scheduled pick up – and someone else turns up – we would give a call to your registered number with our organization.
What is a typical day like at your school?
“A typical day here is joyful and balanced — never rushed.”
It starts with a warm welcome and free play, followed by circle time with songs and stories (often from Indian culture). Then we have hands-on activities — art, sensory play, pretend play, or exploring nature in our little garden.
There’s outdoor play every day (weather permitting), healthy snacks, rest time for the younger ones, and lots of laughter. We end the day with reflection — maybe sharing what made us happy today.
Everything is through play, so children don’t even realise they’re learning — they’re just happily busy being children.”
How do you handle separation anxiety or a crying child?
“We completely understand — it’s very normal and we never rush it.”
On the first few days, parents are welcome to stay a little longer until the child feels comfortable. Our teachers are trained to comfort children with gentle hugs, distraction through play, and lots of reassurance.
We maintain daily communication — photos and short updates via our app — so you know your child settled well and is smiling. Most children adapt beautifully within a week because they feel genuinely cared for here.”
How do you communicate with parents?
“We believe parents are equal partners in a child’s growth.”
You’ll receive daily or weekly updates with photos and observations through our parent app. We also organise regular parent-teacher meetings, workshops on parenting, and open houses.
If there’s ever any concern — big or small — our doors (and phones) are always open. We want you to feel as involved and reassured as possible.”
These responses sound natural, reassuring, and premium without sounding salesy. They shift the focus from “rules” to “care and love” — which is what most Indian parents deeply connect with.
Would you like me to prepare short, crisp one-liner versions for quick conversations, or add responses for other common questions like fees, potty training, or festivals/activities? Just tell me which ones you need most!
